Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Refresh: Study & Scroll iPhone app ("Refresh") from Jawsercorp LLC ("we", "us"). By using Refresh you agree to them.

Apple's standard license

Refresh is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms add to that agreement.

Subscription

Refresh offers an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it any time in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial, if one is offered, ends when you subscribe. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen while signed in to the same Apple ID.

Refresh shows short educational explainer videos, some made with the help of AI tools. They are for general learning only and are not financial, legal, medical or professional advice. We work to keep them accurate but can't promise they are free of mistakes.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, resell or redistribute the videos, or try to reverse engineer or disrupt the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.
