Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jawsercorp LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the Refresh: Study & Scroll iPhone app ("Refresh"). The short version: we don't ask who you are, and we don't sell your data.

No accounts

Refresh does not require or offer an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or password to use the app.

What stays on your device

Your views, likes, saves, folders, review cards and settings are stored only on your iPhone. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Reminders

If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled as local notifications on your iPhone. No data is sent to a server to deliver them.

Superwall

Superwall is the only outside service built into Refresh. We use it to show the subscription screen and check whether your subscription is active. Superwall receives:

• Your subscription status and subscription screen events (for example, whether the screen was shown and whether you subscribed).
• A few app settings and usage details: your chosen energy level, your quiz/review settings, and a count of how many videos you have watched.
• Basic device and app information, such as device model, iOS version and app version.

Superwall's handling of this information is described in Superwall's Privacy Policy. Refresh does not use any analytics or crash-reporting tools.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your information for third-party advertising or track you across other companies' apps and websites.

Sharing

We share information only with Superwall, as described above, and with Apple for payments, or when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Everything stored on your device is removed when you delete the app. To ask about or request deletion of data held by Superwall, email us at the address below.

Children

Refresh is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
